HeatWave
a Heat wave that occurred in SEOUL on September 15, 2011. With the unseasonably high temperatures in South Korea it had caused blackouts. The country's electricity reserve rate fell as low as 6%. It had caused a nationwide blackout. What was unusual about it was that it had caused the blackouts.
