Unusual Weather

On March 5th, 2011, the Ohio valley to some areas in New england were hit with rainfall warnings from 2-3 inches, causing the streams and rivers to flood the concern of a major flood was rising. Many of the areas were snow or ice covered, which made it difficult for the ground to absorb all that water
