Unusual Weather - Canadian West

While citizens of Saskatchewan wore T-Shirts and sandals, attending local trails and golf courses last month (an early spring arrival for the province whose winter season never ends), a peculiar amount of snow laid the west coast of British Columbia, Vancouver in particular. People of Vancouver were outside with their snow shovels and Gore-Tex parkas on while the rest of Western Canada were dusting off the golf clubs and heading to the nearest course or driving range. Snow plows were sent out across Vancouver municipalities, including the downtown core, in this rare occurrence.
